Kids Dine for Free During the School holidays
School’s out and Paradise Group is celebrating with the kids with free meals at every school holiday period. Starting from March’s week-long school holiday (12 to 20 Mar 2022), children will get to dine for free at its stable of family-friendly restaurant concepts with a minimum spend of $30. Paradise Teochew’s Limited Time Set Menus
Paradise Teochew has premiered two limited time only set menus available for weekdays lunch and dinner, each comprising of the restaurant’s iconic signatures. They are specially crafted to cater to a myriad of occasions from family celebrations to business meetings.
For the Delightful Set Menu, whet the appetite with the opening Dim Sum Trio Platter of juicy steamed pork dumpling siew mai, steamed dumpling in Teochew style and deep-fried prawn in beancurd skin, then ease into the mains with a hearty Fish Maw Broth. New to the menu is a Spanish Duroc Pork in Red Wine Reduction with prime cuts of the premium pork cooked to immense tenderness in a bold red wine sauce reduced to intense flavour. It goes hand in hand with signatures like Stewed La Mian with Scallop in Superior Broth a delicate and comforting hand-pulled la mian noodle dish bursting with the sweetness of scallop. For a sweet end, refresh your palate with Chilled Aloe Vera and Lemongrass Jelly in Sour Plum and Lime Juice. The five-course lunch set is available at $140 (U.P. $180) for 4 persons, with the option to add-on $35 per extra person.
The Luxurious Set Menu made for four will satiate even the most discerning appetites. Start with Braised Trio Platter, comprising braised sliced Irish fat duck, braised sliced pork belly and braised sliced pork knuckle. New to this menu is a decadent dumpling that you can sip and snack, Steamed Diced Seafood Dumpling with Lobster Broth that presents the sweetness of succulent seafood in a pretty parcel you can eat in one mouthful and slurp up with lobster broth. Crunch away on fresh fibre with Paradise Teochew Stir-fried Assorted Vegetables for a balanced meal of meat, seafood and greens, before indulging on texture-filled Braised Crisp-fried Sea Cucumber with Superior Abalone Sauce where springy sea cucumber is cooked through braising before fried for a crispy outer skin and topped with flavourful abalone sauce. Rounding things up is Stir-fried Hor Fun with Preserved Turnip, bringing together fragrant hor fun intensified in wok-hei flavours with crunchy sweet and savoury turnip. Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo ends things on a refreshing sweet end with fresh mango purée enriched with sago and pomelo pulp. Available at $232 (U.P. $309.20) for 4 persons, with the option to add-on $58 per extra person, this is definitely a great steal.
