Back by popular demand, Penang St. Buffet’s Crab Madness will feature all-time favourites like Salted Egg Crabs, Black Pepper Crabs, Chilli Crabs, Butter Crabs, Golden Sand Crabs from 15 July to 2 Oct 2016
It will also showcase new dishes like Kam Heong Crabs, Typhoon (HK Style) Crabs and Tom Yam Crabs – just to name a few.
Besides the 8 speciality crab dishes, you can also look forward to other delicious crab-inspired dishes:
- Stuffed Chicken in Crab – Chicken and Crab Meat stuffed in crab and deep fried in egg wash.
- Crab Bee Hoon Soup – Thick white vermicilli soaked in milky, ‘super’ crabby broth. So tasty, you will keep coming back for more broth.
- Seafood Roll – Homemade ‘hae zor’ or seafood roll. Chockfull of fresh ingredients and fried to a crisp.
- Chlli Crab Spaghetti – Can’t get enough of their chilli crab sauce? Have it with spaghetti. You won’t believe how well they go together.
Lobsters served on weekend sessions. Don’t forget the phletoria of fresh seafood you can also enjoy at the iced seabed section or at the Grill Station.
Desserts are a must have too. Featuring salted egg tart, yam paste, sea coconut amongst others.
