From 17 February 2025, get ready to indulge in Plate’s Weekday Buffet Lunch, this time a homage to famous and comforting Hong Kong specialities! Feast on piping hot dim sum, savoury old-school Hong Kong-style noodles (gong zai mian), flaky egg tarts, roast duck, pineapple buns (bolo bao) – and more Hong Kong delicacies!
There’s something for everyone with more than 10 food stations, including a sumptuous selection of seafood-on-ice, dedicated Japanese cuisine complete with sashimi and sushi, a salad bar with crisp greens and timeless Hong Kong classics. The Weekday Buffet Lunch is available Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

At Plate’s signature “Sea & Grill: Flavours from the Ocean and Land” buffet dinner, char-grilled meats and fresh seafood take centre stage as the indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and local dishes.
Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with a selection of fresh seafood-on-ice, such as Fresh Oysters, Chilled Boston Lobsters, Half-Shelled Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs and more. Carnivores can take delight with succulent meats from the carving station, which features a whole Slow-baked Whole Salmon, Slow-Roast Prime Beef and Roast Pork. Continue the feast with live barbecue station as the chefs dish out Assorted Satay Skewers, and wok-favourites like Chilli Crab and White Pepper Clams.
