At Plate’s signature “Sea & Grill: Flavours from the Ocean and Land” buffet dinner, char-grilled meats and fresh seafood take centre stage as the indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and local dishes.
Feast on the bounty of the sea with a seafood-on-ice selection featuring Chilled Boston Lobsters, Half-Shelled Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs, and more. Meat lovers can savour the carving station highlights, which include succulent Rib-Eye and Roasted Leg of Lamb, perfectly complemented by Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Butternut Squash, and Roasted Root Vegetables. The indulgence continues at the barbecue station, where chefs serve up Assorted Satay Skewers alongside wok-fried favourites like Chilli Crab.
