The special Pink Tonkotsu Ramen was first launched in Ramen Champion Clarke Quay Central outlet, and has received positive response from the diners. Now, it will be available at the Tonkotsu Ikkyu stall at Bugis+ outlet too.
It comes in an eye-catching hue — a result of infusing fresh beetroot and blueberries with the rich and savoury tonkotsu broth for several hours. Beetroot is known for its nutritional properties and is a great source of iron, folic acid and antioxidants, making this a healthy indulgence. The ramen is then served with thin noodles, char siu slices, ajitama egg, black fungus and spring onion.
