International Buffet Lunch
Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, Royale has meticulously crafted the Buffet Lunch menu featuring a range of Asian and Western cuisines. The extensive buffet offers a selection of fresh Seafood on Ice, Salads, Meat stations, Gourmet Cheese, Bread Basket, Hot Selections and Pasta.
Indulge in the Soup selection reflecting the different cuisines in Asia. With the Bugis heritage, Malay and Thai influences, head to the Noodles Bar for the Signature Middle Road Laksa, Thai Boat Noodles and Soto Ayam. Find delights in an array of dessert options highlighting Thai Bubur Cha Cha, Banana Kolak, and the daily ice cream selections available to add to the kilos.

International Buffet Dinner
Delight in a symphony of flavours ranging from Asian to Western cuisines at Royale’s International Buffet Dinner.
Look forward to a selection of fresh Seafood on Ice including dinner-only Freshly Shucked Oysters. What’s buffet without the Greens, Meat stations and a curated selection of Gourmet Cheese, Bread Basket, Hot Selections, Pasta and Soup selection reflecting the Chinese, Thai and the Indonesian cuisines in Asia, including Herbal Bak Kut Teh, Tom Yum Goong and Batavia Beef Soup.
The buffet dinner spread is extended to include a carving station with items like Five Spice Roasted Pork Belly, Herb Crusted Australian Beef Ribeye Roll, Coriander Roasted Leg of Lamb, and more.
End the hearty meal on a sweet note with dessert options such as Milk Tea-Infused Crème Brûlée, Ice Cream selections and dinner-only Shaved Ice Counter.
