Long queue for the promotion at united square starbucks, and the staff have purposely only opened 1 queue line an serving at snail’s pace to limit customers. What a slap in the face to their loyal customers who pay 10 times the cost price for their usual cuppa on a daily basis, starbucks can’t even return the favor. Your customers are not the enemy, get it right man.
