Swatow Seafood Restaurant (Toa Payoh) is offering its traditional Teochew Braised Sliced Duck for only $8++ per portion (Usual price $16++). The duck is cooked and braised in an aromatic sauce for long hours resulting in tender meat that falls off the bone and skin that is extra silky before being sliced into generous portions and served.
Swatow City (Bukit Batok Home TeamNS) and Swatow Gardens (Serangoon Gardens) are offering its Roasted Duck with Black Truffle (half duck) at S$8.90++ (Usual price S$17.80++). The gamey profile of the duck is further enhanced with earthy premium black truffle, layered under the skin of the bird before slow roasting to imbue the meat, fat, and skin with its flavours, for a roast duck treat that will have you craving for more.
