Dishes are freshly prepared a la minute, enabling diners to watch the chefs in action. Highlights include the Crustacean Bar, with its appetizing display of fresh seafood such as oysters, prawns and crabs that changes based on what is available.

• 12noon – 2.30pm (Monday to Friday)
• 12noon – 3pm (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Dinner Buffet

• 6pm – 10pm (Monday to Sunday)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Valid for lunch and dinner, every Monday from 6 January to 30 March 2020.
2. Valid for the first 100 adults per meal time in January 2020 and 200 adults per meal time in February and March 2020.
3. Blackout dates apply on 27 January and 16 March 2020.
4. 24 advanced reservations are required and must be made online through Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore’s website. Up to 6 persons per card can be made per reservation.
5. Reservations from other channels such as third party reservation platforms will not qualify for this offer.
6. Offer is valid for single-receipt transactions only. Splitting of bill is not allowed.
7. Table allocation is subject to restaurant’s availability.
8. Payment must be made with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card to enjoy the offer.
9. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. Rate is subject to service charge and tax.
11. Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore reserves the right to amend the buffet pricing without prior notice.
