Ensure sufficient calcium intake. Recommended daily allowance for adults 19-50 years old is 1000 mg of calcium, which is equivalent to 3 cups of milk.
Strengthen your muscles by doing exercises like jogging and aerobics to help increase muscle and bone strength.
