These offers are available at all Brother authorised resellers, Brother Amazon.sg Store, Brother Shopee Official Store and Brother Lazada Flagship Store.. Customers can find their nearest authorised reseller by visiting Brother’s website.
To claim the free NTUC vouchers, customers must present their invoice and the product’s serial number cut-out at the Brother customer care center. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers and is limited to three redemptions per customer. It is only valid while stocks last and for purchases made from Brother authorised resellers.
Voucher redemption is strictly for walk-ins at the Brother Service Centre, with warranty registration completed, and requires the original receipt or invoice along with the cut-out serial number. Resellers are not permitted to claim on behalf of customers. The premiums offered are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-refundable.
