- Proof of purchase including original invoices together with receipt
- Original warranty card duly completed with serial number and model code (We regret that NO redemption will be allowed without product serial number, or if serial number is not recognized in the system)
- NETS/credit card slips showing full payment received
- Photocopy of identity card/passport
- For collection by proxy on behalf of Customer: Letter of Authorization must be duly signed by Customer, as indicated on original invoice (Retailers are not permitted to collect on behalf of customers)
