ALGO has launched the 2022 latest design of Borosilicate glass container set – Galaxy Container (4pcs) in April 2022.
In celebration of 23 years, ALGO is giving away ALGO Rice Stocker worth $21.90 for the first 800 customers who grab the 4-pieces promo set from 8 – 30th of April 2022.
This ALGO galaxy food container is designed by a local Singaporean designer and manufactured in Japan. The container set consists of 4 different sizes of glass containers- 370ml, 650ml, 1L & 1.5L.

Borosilicate glass is a type of glass that contains boron trioxide, which allows for a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. Its durability has made it the glass of choice for cookware, high-end restaurants, laboratories, and wineries. ALGO Borosilicate container can withstand temperature differentials without fracturing up to 400°C. Remember to remove the cover before putting it into the oven and microwave.
As you can see from the experiment conducted, Borosilicate glass is subjected to less thermal stress and has even tempering than regular glass. It will not crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass.
