Chef Jimmy Chok is one of the most dynamic & talented chefs in today’s culinary scene.
Best known for his creation of innovative recipes that blend Asian ingredients with western style cooking. Jimmy’s name is synonymous with “fusion” food.
Chef Jimmy has more than 20 years of experience & worked in many established local & overseas hotels & restaurants. He has also won a number of culinary competitions. Chef Jimmy is currently very active in consultation work, & he has also written & co-authored several cookbooks.
