ZenFone 6 – When Beauty Meets Incredible Mobile Performance
Equipped with a spacious 6-inch screen, the ZenFone 6 is the big brother of the ZenFone series. It offers an HD display that measures a fantastic six inches across the diagonal – allowing users to see much more of what they want.
Like the ZenFone 5, the ZenFone 6 features the exclusive GloveTouch technology that allows users to operate the device with gloved hands.
Made to optimise mobile entertainment, the ZenFone 6’s large HD screen is complemented with the exclusive ASUS SonicMaster audio technology with virtual surround sound via headphones. This provides users with a truly immersive mobile entertainment experience be it watching movies or playing games.
Featuring a fast and energy-efficient Intel Atom Z2580 processor running at 2.0GHz, the ZenFone 6 is also fitted with a 13-megapixel rear camera with ASUS PixelMaster technology and image stabilisation, as well as a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies and high resolution video calls.
The rear camera also comes with a backside-illumination (BSI) and wide aperture f/2.0 lens to capture sharp and clear digital photographs. PixelMaster’s Low-Light Mode measures the available light and intelligently adjusts the pixel size to increase light sensitivity by up to 400%, thus allowing the ZenFone 6 to snap great low-light shows and videos without built-in flash.
Doing More with ASUS ZenUI
The ASUS ZenUI is the latest user interface designed to help users make the most of every function packed into the ZenFone series.
There are more than 200 different modifications to the basic Android operating system, all of which have been designed to help users express their thoughts and feelings, and keep them closely connected in all aspects of their lives wherever they are.
Manage Your Schedule Effectively with What’s Next and Do It Later
At the heart of the ASUS ZenUI is What’s Next and Do It Later, which are intelligent technologies that display reminders for appointments and even set priority reminders for important events or messages that need to be responded to at a later date.
Such management of schedules help users make better use of their time and focus on the bigger picture, while not forgetting the smaller things that may get easily overwhelmed in the daily bustle.
Share Your Content Effectively with ZenLink
The ZenLink is a suite of applications in ASUS ZenUI that is designed to make it easy for users to share content with other ASUS devices, as well as to link the ZenFone with the computer. The four applications are Remote Link, PC Link, Share Link and Party Link.
The Remote Link also users to navigate through PowerPoint presentations and control multimedia files using the ZenFone, as well as allow for easy and quick access to PC programs with the keyboard and touchpad inputs.
On the other hand, the PC Link allows users to control the ZenFone from their PC via a USB connection. The PC Link also allows users to respond to instant messages received in any app on their device using the computer keyboard.
Share Link allows users to share files easily and effortlessly as it uses a point-to-point sharing method to transmit data between devices.
Party Link is designed to allow users to share photos easily between multiple devices, which is especially helpful when multiple users are sharing photos together in a trip.
