National Day Parade 2025 NE2, NE3 and NE4 Road Closures on 5 July, 12 July and 19 July 2025

In order to facilitate the event and the safety of the public as well as and the participants, the public is advised to note the listed road closure arrangements.

The following rehearsals will be held at the Padang:

  • Saturday, 5 July 2025 – National Education Show 2
  • Saturday, 12 July 2025 – National Education Show 3
  • Saturday, 19 July 2025 – National Education Show 4

To facilitate the rehearsals, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated period:

During the closure, access will only be granted to authorised vehicles as well as Police and emergency vehicles. Police officers, auxiliary police officers, security officers, and Singapore Armed Forces marshals will be deployed at the affected junctions to assist and direct motorists.

Traffic delays are expected along Beach Road, Bras Basah Road, Collyer Quay, Guillemard Road, Hill Street, Mountbatten Road, North Bridge Road, Raffles Avenue, Raffles Boulevard, Republic Boulevard, Temasek Avenue, Temasek Boulevard and Victoria Street. Motorists are advised to avoid these roads. Members of the public travelling to these affected areas are strongly encouraged to use public transport.

Motorists are advised to avoid these affected areas and to slow down should they need to travel along these roads or travel through these affected junctions. Drivers are advised to plan your journeys in advance and stay informed via Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze. Officials will be stationed at all affected junctions to regulate traffic and facilitate the movement of pedestrians.

Motorists proceeding to Suntec City and Marina Square from Bras Basah Road, Esplanade Drive or Nicoll Highway are to use alternate routes via Bayfront Avenue or Rochor Road leading to Temasek Boulevard.

Parking restrictions along the affected roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking illegally or causing obstruction will be towed away.

Members of the public are strongly encouraged to take public transport when travelling to the vicinity. Please be advised that parking restrictions along affected roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking illegally or causing obstruction will be towed.
