The first Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding in April 2024 has concluded with notable increases in several vehicle categories
The latest bidding session witnessed Category A COE prices climbing to S$89,000, marking a S$3,511 increase from the previous round. Category B experienced an even steeper rise, with COE prices reaching S$101,334, up by S$5,323.
Conversely, Category C (goods vehicles and buses) saw a decrease in COE prices, dropping to S$67,501, which is S$2,611 less than before. The motorcycle category (Category D) had a slight uptick in prices, with the new COE costing S$10,000, up by S$311.
The ‘Open-All Except Motorcycle’ category, known as Category E, also saw a significant increase, with COE prices now at S$101,002, a S$5,146 hike.
