In this exercise, COE prices have seen significant variances. Some categories witnessed price increases of up to $2,689, while others experienced declines as steep as $1,600.

Category A includes non-fully electric cars with engines up to 1,600cc and Maximum Power Output up to 97kW (130bhp); and fully electric cars with Maximum Power Output up to 110kW (147bhp). Category B encompasses non-fully electric cars with engines exceeding 1,600cc or Maximum Power Output beyond 97kW (130bhp); and fully electric cars with Maximum Power Output greater than 110kW (147bhp).
