The first Certificate of Entitlement (COE) Open Bidding Exercise for January 2025 concluded on 8th January at 16:00.

Category A refers to non-fully electric vehicles with engines up to 1,600cc and a Maximum Power Output of not more than 97kW (130bhp). Fully electric vehicles with a Maximum Power Output of up to 110kW (147bhp) are also included in this category.

Category B encompasses non-fully electric vehicles exceeding 1,600cc or with a Maximum Power Output above 97kW (130bhp). Fully electric vehicles surpassing a Maximum Power Output of 110kW (147bhp) also fall under this category.
