Terms and Conditions
Applicable for valid Adult Anonymous ez-link cards only.
Remaining value in the old ez-link card will be transferred to the new ez-link card. Your old ez-link card will be terminated and retained by EZ-Link Pte Ltd.
Each person is limited to a maximum exchange of 3 cards.
Not applicable for Concession Cards, PAssion Cards, Bank Co-Brand Cards, Corporate Cards, Single Trip Ticket Cards, Sony ez-link cards, refunded ez-link cards and NETS FlashPay.
Customers with ez-link cards on EZ-Reload (Auto top-up) facility will be contacted separately on replacement for their ez-link cards.
