Samsung has announced the opening of its largest Samsung Experience Store at Westgate.
Situated in the heart of the up-and-coming Jurong Gateway precinct, the 6,027 square feet standalone triplex store is a refreshing transformation to the retail landscape and enjoys vantage visibility from Jurong East MRT station.
The new Samsung Experience Store provides consumers with an immersive experience, giving them access to Samsung’s latest range of products with infotainment and educational content as well as in-store dining options. The store will showcase products such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, cameras and selected range of after-market and original Samsung accessories.

The range of facilities and services for consumers to experience a digital lifestyle includes:
- hands-on experience with Samsung products under the care of trained Samsung Ambassadors, who can demonstrate how to maximise user experience with the products and multimedia content
- showcase of Samsung’s range of content and services which can work seamlessly together, to allow content to be shared freely across all of its devices
The day-to-day operations of the Samsung Experience Store at Westgate are managed by Samsung’s partner, SGX Mainboard-listed mDR Group. Every Samsung Experience Store follows Samsung’s guidelines on design, operations and staffing to ensure the best experience for consumers.

Located at the top floor of the Samsung Experience Store at Westgate is SYNC Korean Fusion Bistro. Consumers can continue their Samsung experience at the independently-managed bistro which offers a range of Korean and Western cuisines, and features a specially-created kids’ corner.
Samsung’s new Experience Store at Westgate is located at #01-01, #02-01, #03-01 and opens from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily.
