Terms & Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of the GV Good eDeals (“eDeals”) offered by Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd (“GV”). By purchasing and using the eDeals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Validity and Usage:
- The eDeals has a stored value of 4 movie tickets.
- The eDeals is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No redemption can be made after the expiry date.
- It is valid for over-the-counter redemption and online reservation (website and iGV) only.
- No refunds will be provided for any of the tickets purchased using the eDeals.
- You may not resell your tickets purchased using the eDeals.
- GV reserves the absolute right to immediately cancel, without refund, any eDeals where the holder is found to be in breach of these Terms.
- The eDeals cannot be used to purchase tickets for Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and 1st Day of Lunar New Year.
- Redemption:
- The eDeals is valid for redemption for all days and sessions at all GV locations for traditional halls only.
- It is not applicable for Premium Halls (Gold Class, Gold Class Express, Gemini, Duo Deluxe and Deluxe+, etc…), Premium Priced Films (3D, Concerts, special themed events, Tamil films, Anime films etc…), Film Marathons, Film Festivals, Premieres, special events, other discounts/promotional offers and bookings of the whole or a substantial part of the hall or any number of tickets exceeding 20 (“Group Bookings”).
- It is only valid for 2D films and ATMOS.
- Discounted concession combos can only be purchased together with a eDeals movie ticket. Max. 3 combos to 1 ticket. Not applicable on public holidays.
- Booking Fee and Limitations:
- A convenience fee of S$2 is chargeable per online transaction with a maximum of 4 tickets redeemed for any session.
- The eDeals cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The eDeals cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or for Group Bookings (see Redemption above).
- Liability:
- GV is not liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the eDeals by the buyer.
- Expiry and Under-Utilization:
- Expired eDeals cannot be revalidated or refunded.
- No refunds will be made for under-utilized eDeals.
- Amendment of Terms:
- GV reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. GV may provide notice of these changes on GV’s website and app and use of the eDeals constitutes agreement to the then current Terms.
- Termination:
- GV reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to terminate the eDeals programme upon ten days’ written notice to buyer. Where applicable, a proportional refund of the eDeals fee will be made.
- Personal Data :
- By purchasing the eDeals, you consent to your personal data being used in accordance with GV’s data policy which can be found at HERE.
- By purchasing and using the eDeals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
