Terms and conditions

• Valid from 1 October 2016 to 31 October 2016.
• Promotion is valid for Jurong Bird Park, River Safari and Singapore Zoo single park, same day admission only.
• Free child admission ticket is valid for children aged 3 to 12 years old.
• For purchase of Senior ticket, please proceed to ‘Single Park’ tab to make your selection.
• Valid for all Singaporeans, PRs and employment pass holders (includes employment pass, S pass, work permits, dependent pass and long-term visit pass holders) only.
• Valid for both online and on-site purchase.
• The promotion is not valid with other promotions and discounts.
• The promotion excludes tram rides at Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo and the Amazon River Quest boat ride at River Safari.
• Adult admission ticket and free child admission ticket issued will be only valid on the same day, for the same park which the adult admission ticket has been purchased for.
• Holders of the adult admission ticket and free child admission ticket must enter the Park together. Proof of identification will be required for admission.
• Ticket purchases under this promotion are eligible for conversion to a Family or Individual membership. Terms and conditions of ticket conversion to membership apply.
• Admission ticket purchased/free ticket is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or in kind and is valid for day of entry only.
