- Buy 1 get 1 ticket free adult admission promotion is valid for Singapore Zoo, River Safari and Jurong Bird Park single park admission tickets from 1- 31 July 2018, weekdays only.
- Promotion is valid for Youths only.
- Youth is defined as a local resident aged 13 to 30 years old.
- Flexible Pricing will not be accorded and it will be a 1 for 1 adult admission for the same park at the cost of a full-priced adult admission ticket to the chosen park.
- Valid for Singaporeans, PRs, employment pass holders, dependent pass and long-term visit pass holders.
- Children, Adults above aged 30 and Senior Citizens are not applicable for this promotion.
- Child is defined as a local resident aged 3 to 12 years old.
- Senior Citizen is defined as local resident aged 60 years old and above
- Discount is not valid with other promotions, discounts and/or online purchases.
- Discount on the single park admission ticket is only applicable within the same transaction.
- Promotion is not valid for tour groups, travel agents, school groups and ParkHopper ticket purchases and SISTIC bookings.

- Singapore Zoo Ticketing Counters; for on-site ticket purchase(s), proof of identity must be provided at the ticketing counters to enjoy the promotion.
- Jurong Bird Park Ticketing Counters; for on-site ticket purchase(s), proof of identity must be provided at the ticketing counters to enjoy the promotion.
- For Adult single park admission tickets,
- Jurong Bird Park and Singapore Zoo admission tickets exclude tram rides which are payable separately based on prevailing tram ride rates.
- River Safari admission tickets include Reservoir Cruise only and exclude Amazon River Quest tickets which are payable separately based on prevailing rates.
- Online purchase must be made with Singapore-issued AMEX, MasterCard, Visa cards and NETS Direct Debit cards from DBS, OCBC, POSB and UOB.
- For online ticket purchase(s), Wildlife Reserves Singapore Group reserves the right to verify the proof of identity at point of entry. Tickets are valid for Jurong Bird Park, River Safari and Singapore Zoo admission based on the date and time stated.
- Admission ticket purchased is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and is valid for day of entry only.
- Each guest is allowed to purchase a maximum of 10 admission tickets per transaction onsite and a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction online.
- Membership conversion is applicable for paying admission tickets only.
- Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket is prohibited.
- Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. Wildlife Reserves Singapore Group and its affiliates (WRS Group) will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder while in the park, any assistance provided by WRS Group shall not be construed as admission of liability.
- Ticket holder agrees not to use photographs/recordings (or reproduction thereof) taken during the park visit for commercial purposes.
- WRS Group may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor, and use any photographs, recordings or any other media records (including those displaying the image of the visitor), for any legitimate purpose, including WRS Group’s commercial advertising, promotion and/or marketing, without prior approval or compensation.
- In the event of dispute, WRS Group electronic records shall prevail.
- No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired tickets.
- Admission ticket purchased are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind.
- Ticket packages, rates and governing terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Management of Wildlife Reserves Singapore Group reserves the right to amend the governing terms and conditions without prior notice.
