The Lunar New Year is around the corner and AMK Hub is all set to usher it in with much fanfare!
With fantastic lucky draw prizes, amazing promotions, and captivating performances in store from 15 January to 21 February 2016, shoppers will definitely swing into abundance this Lunar New Year!
Shoppers will be greeted by 12 larger-than-life Chinese zodiac animals at the Main Entrance, and will be able to read their zodiac forecast for the coming year!

Big Surprise Draw (15 January- 4 February)
From 15 January to 4 February, 8 lucky shoppers will be picked every week to win $500 in AMK Hub’s Big Surprise Draw! Shoppers simply need to spend $80* ($160* at FairPriceXtra) for a chance to participate in the Weekly Draw!
Each of the 24 winners will also qualify to participate in the Big Grand Draw on 13 February 2016, where prizes worth $45,000 will be up for grabs! Plus! Members and Pioneers enjoy double the chances of winning. All prizes are in the form of AMK Hub vouchers. Limited to 5 chances per shopper per day.
Big Grand Draw (13 February)
Venue: B1 Exhibition Hall
As part of the Big Surprise Draw, shoppers are invited to visit AMK Hub for a fun-filled day of activities and giveaways and to find out who the winners of the Draw are! Shoppers will be entertained by a dazzling LED Lion Dance Performance, fun carnival games, and will also receive complimentary popcorn, candy floss, and balloons.
Good Fortune Packs (15 January – 7 February)
As part of the lunar new year celebrations, shoppers at AMK Hub will get to redeem a set of special red packets with every $80* spent ($160* at FairPriceXtra). Plus! Members and Pioneers only need to spend $60* ($120* at FairPriceXtra) to qualify. Limited to a maximum of 2 sets per shopper, while stocks last.
Spring Polka Bowls (15 January -7 February)
The Lunar New Year is the season for feasting and hosting! Shoppers who spend $150 at AMK Hub ($300* at FairPriceXtra) can redeem a 5-piece set of auspicious red microwavable glass bowls, perfect for festive gatherings with family and friends.
Plus! Members and Pioneers only need to spend $120* ($240* at FairPriceXtra) to qualify. Limited to 1 set per shopper, while stocks last.
Bountiful Feasts & Treats (15 January – 21 February)
As part of the festivities, retailers will be offering some fantastic deals and promotions, which means that shoppers will be spoilt for choice!

AMK Hub wishes all shoppers luck, prosperity and good fortune this Lunar New Year! Shoppers will receive auspicious treats from the Gods of Fortune, and will be treated togroovy performances by the mini lion dance troupe in the mall. Shoppers can also bring a piece of prosperity home with them with a perfect snap!
Lion Dance Blessings (12 February)
Venue: L1 Plaza Entrance
To bring good fortune to everyone present, and to usher in the New Year with gusto, shoppers will definitely also be mesmerized by the acrobaticfeats of the award-winning Wen Yang Lion Dance troupe!
Don’t forget to bring red packets and mandarin oranges for the lucky lions!
Lunar Goodies Fair (25 January – 6 February)
Venue: B1 Exhibition Hall
In addition to being entertained, shoppers will be able to round off their New Year preparations by picking their favourite treats from a fantastic array of goodies at the Lunar Goodies Fair.
Traditional pastries, refreshing nibbles and unique delicacies will be available for sale.

Shoppers can get into the spirit of the Lunar New Year by refreshing their home décor at the festive floral fair!
