Learn the techniques and gain tips in creating a list of yummy treats and get to enjoy the fruits of your labour (along with dim sum dishes made by Master Chef Wang). The dim sum treats include “Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao” Steamed Pork Dumpling, Steamed Purple Sweet Potato Dumpling, Preserved Vegetable “Xue Cai” Bun and Pan Fried Pork Dumpling.
