Maximum of 3 combined same-day receipts per redemption, All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Customer Service Counter, unless otherwise stated. Shoppers have to queue personally and present the original receipt(s), charge slips and credit/debit cards (where applicable), and NRIC for redemption.
Receipt(s) can only be used once and cannot be reused for other redemptions. Only nett of actual amount paid for purchases and/ or tenants’ product voucher purchases are accepted.Transactions for purchase of tenant vouchers, purchase of top up/stored-value card, payment of bills, cashcard top up, as well as transactions from Money Changer, Bank, AXS/SAM machine, are not accepted.
Only the paid installment amount made under instalment plans will be recognized for redemptions. All free gifts are on first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis. Free gifts are limited to one redemption per shopper per day, unless otherwise stated.
