*All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Concierge on Level 3 from 8th January to 21st February, between 10am – 10pm.
Terms and conditions
- Promotion is valid from 8th January to 21st February, unless otherwise stated.
- Shopper must be a CAPITASTAR member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the redemption.
- All redemptions can be made at the Westgate Concierge on Level 3 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- Limited to one redemption per shopper per day regardless of total amount spent.
- A maximum of 3 combined same-day, same-mall receipts can be used for each redemption.
- Redemption to be made on the same day of purchase.
- Receipts for SingPost transactions, parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, membership card, CapitaVoucher or shops’ vouchers, SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, movie tickets, tickets from pawn shops, money changer, bank, financial services, push carts and atrium roadshow are not applicable for redemptions.
- Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after any other rebates (eg. Credit Card rebate) made in Westgate.
- NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable.
- The management reserves all rights to substitute the gifts/ prizes with another gift/ product/ service of equivalent or higher in value.
- Shoppers must be personally present with your original receipt(s) and charged slip(s) for redemption.
- Shoppers must also present their NRIC at the point of redemption for verification and record purpose.
- The management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).
- Items/Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The management reserves the right to replace items/ prizes with items of similar value.
TOP SPENDERS REWARDS (Westgate / JCube / IMM)
- For the 3 CAPITASTAR spenders at minimum 2 malls, shoppers need to spend at any 2 malls (Westgate/JCube/IMM). The top 3 CAPITASTAR spenders with the highest accumulated spend at any 2 malls will win 1,000,000 STAR$ each.
- For the 3 CAPITASTAR spenders at minimum 3 malls, shoppers need to spend at all 3 malls (Westgate, JCube & IMM). The top 3 CAPITASTAR spenders with the highest accumulated spend at the 3 malls will win 2,000,000 STAR$ each.
- Members can only qualify in one category.
