About 900,000 Singaporean HDB households will receive the next instalment of the GST Voucher – Utilities-Save (U-Save) rebate in January 2019.

This comprises 3,802 BTO units and 3,412 SBF units across various towns/estates.

This includes 4,375 BTO units and 726 ROF units across various towns/ estates.

HDB launched 6,992 flats for sale today under the May 2018 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise.

HDB launched 4,381 flats for sale today under the February 2018 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise. This includes 3,664 BTO units and 717 ROF units across various towns/estates.

HDB has launched 8,230 flats for sale today under the November 2017 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise. This comprises 4,829 BTO units and 3,401 SBF units across 25 towns/estates.

HDB launched 5,291 flats for sale today under the Aug 2017 Build-To-Order (BTO) and the inaugural Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise.

HDB launched 8,748 flats for sale today under the May 2017 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise. They comprise 4,802 BTO units and 3,946 SBF units across 25 towns/ estates.

Eligible households will receive a letter from end-March with more details of the S&CC rebate. The rebate will be disbursed over the months of April 2017, July 2017, October 2017 and January 2018 as follows:
