Sale of Balance Flats

This is the first of the three BTO launches in 2024, with 19,600 new flats to be launched in total

5,495 BTO flats, spread across mature and non-mature estates. 1,500 SBF units across various towns/estates are also being offered for sale.

Together with 1,071 units offered under the Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise, a total of 10,726 new flats are offered in this sales exercise

A wide selection of flats, ranging from 2-room Flexi to 5-room flats, is offered in this BTO exercise

Includes projects at Rochor offered under the new Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. Another 1,798 SBF units across various towns/estates are also offered for sale.

The flats on offer are spread across seven projects in Hougang, Jurong East, Kallang Whampoa, Queenstown and Tampines.

This comprises 3,879 BTO units and 2,494 SBF units across various towns/estates.
