HDB launched 8,940 flats for sale today under the May 2016 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise. They comprise 3,770 BTO units and 5,170 SBF units across 25 towns/estates.

4,630 new flats located in Bukit Batok, Hougang and Jurong West and Kallang Whampoa. Also existing flat owners who right-size to a new 2-room or 3-room flat in a non-mature area can choose to pay half the downpayment for the new flat
