Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is valid till 13 April 2016, not valid with other promotions. Promotion is only applicable to customers that do not have an existing Singtel Broadband service.
- A 24-month contract applies. Registration fee of $53.50 will be waived as part of the online exclusive promotion.
- Free months subscription applies to the first 6 months of the 1Gbps Fibre Home Bundle 24-month contract. The prevailing monthly subscription rates of $69.90/mth will apply after the first 6 months.
- 10% mobile line discount: Applicable to selected Singtel Mobile Plans. The nominated mobile line must be registered under the same name as the Fibre Home Bundle customer.
- Free Fibre Termination Point (FTP) Installation: NetLink Trust Fibre Termination Point installation fee of $235.40 will only be waived for customers residing in high-rise buildings, customers residing in landed properties will be required to pay a balance of $246.10.
- Free Router Installation: Weekday and weekend router installation will be waived as part of the online exclusive promotion. In the event if the customer is not in the premise during the agreed installation appointment resulting in rescheduling of installation, a $90 (weekday) or $145 (weekend) charge is applicable for the missed appointment.
- Free 4G Mobile Broadband Plan (500MB): A 24-month contract applies. For more details, visit www.singtel.com/mobilebroadband.
- Netflix Promotion: Valid with a sign-up of 1Gbps Fibre Home Bundle. Valid for 3 months of Netflix Service on the SGD13.98 (a month) “Two Screens at a Time Screening Plan”. - The local throughput performance is measured within SingNet through a local speed test server and the international throughput performance is measured through a speed test server in the US. In actual usage, the download speed may be subjected to the performance and connectivity of the destination application or web server which is not within SingNet’s span of control. Typical download speed range for 1Gbps Fibre Plan: 745.03Mbps – 945.64Mbps (local) and 754.53Mbps – 830.93Mbps (international). The typical download speed range is computed to reflect that at least 90% of the time, a user should experience the lower bound speed or higher.
