StarHub has announced a new Digital Voice Home (DV Home) promotion that will allow new and existing customers with standalone pay TV or home broadband subscriptions, as well as those subscribing to hubbing packs to enjoy the residential voice service at $2.10 monthly.
This new DV Home promotion which will take effect from 1 September 2012, is valid till 31 December 2013.
Currently as a promotion, DV Home is available free-of-charge to these customers up to 31 August 2012. The full monthly subscription rate of standalone DV Home service is priced at $10.49.
Customers on DV Home are able to enjoy many cost-saving benefits, such as free unlimited outgoing and incoming calls to any local telephone number at any time of the day; Attractive IDD 018 calling rates from as low as eight cents per minute; and One Number for Life where customers can keep their home telephone numbers wherever they relocate within Singapore.
To inform customers of the new promotional rate for DV Home, StarHub will be mailing out a letter together with their next billing statement from 19 July 2012. Those who receive electronic bills from StarHub will get an email on this matter.
Customers who no longer need their DV Home service may let StarHub know by submitting an online request at www.starhub.com/dvhtermination or calling StarHub’s hotline at 1633 to access the self-help menu.
