1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of OCBC credit and debit cards issued in Singapore. Payment must be made with an OCBC credit or debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated URL: www.agoda.com/ocbc
4. To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to save the promo coupon automatically in your Agoda App. To apply promo coupon, click on the ‘Promotions’ tab on the payment page to select the coupon.
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the search results page.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and OCBC Bank.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
11. OCBC Bank and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time.
