Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of UOB credit and debit cards issued in Singapore. Discount will be reflected at the payment page after keying in valid card details and payment must be made with a UOB card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
2. Details of the promotion as follows:

3. The Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid bookings only, not applicable for pay at hotel bookings) made through a dedicated URL: www.agoda.com/uob.
4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the room types search results page.
5. To book on app, click the redirect button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to save the promo coupon automatically in your Agoda App. To apply promo coupon, click on the ‘Promotions’ tab on the payment page to select the coupon.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, rewards, cashback sites, loyalty programmes, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and UOB. All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s terms of use. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
10. UOB and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
11. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between UOB and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at UOB’s sole discretion and for which UOB is solely responsible and liable.
