1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of HSBC credit/debit cards issued in Singapore. Discount will be reflected at the payment page after keying in valid HSBC card details and payment must be made with a HSBC credit/debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid room types only, not applicable for pay at hotel room types) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/hsbcsg
4. To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop site to save the promo coupon automatically in your Agoda App. To apply promo coupon, click on the ‘Promotions’ tab on the payment page to select the coupon.
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the room types search results page.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, cashback sites, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and HSBC.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC & Agoda shall be final.
11. HSBC and Agoda reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw or alter the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All information is accurate at the time of publishing or posting online.
