The latest Singapore Savings Bonds (SSB) issue, SBOCT26 GX26100Z, offers a 10-year average return of up to 2.32% p.a.

Compared to the previous August 2026 application round (SBSEP26 GX26090V), the 10-year average return has increased from 2.25% to 2.32%.

Applications are open till 9pm on 25 Sep 2026. Standard application hours are 7am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Key Investment Information

  • Minimum application amount: S$500, in multiples of S$500
  • Total SSB holdings limit: S$200,000 per individual across cash and SRS accounts
  • Allotment may be lower than the amount applied for if the issue is oversubscribed

Singapore Savings Bonds are fully backed by the Singapore Government. Coupon rates are fixed at issuance, and investors may redeem monthly at face value plus accrued interest, rather than selling at a fluctuating market price.

For SRS applications, apply through your SRS operator’s internet banking portal or DBS’ mobile banking application. CPF funds cannot be used for Singapore Savings Bonds.
